The Brain Retraining Solution Is For You If …
- You have done some reading on neuroplasticity and feel that rewiring your brain is imperative to getting out of this rut.
You know how important it is to remap those old neural pathways that keep you stuck, sick, anxious, depressed and continuously reacting to your internal and external environment. You just need to know how to do it and get the support to keep it going. You have likely had success in the past learning something new or changing a behavior, but for someone reason you feel stuck now and cant seem to figure out your next step.
- You understand the concept of the stress cycle and negative feedback loop. That’s why it’s nearly impossible for you to get rid of your symptoms and get back into your life. When you have unconsciously trained your brain (often over a lifetime) to react out of fear, scarcity, or dread, your brain tells your body that you need to flee and get somewhere safe.
Then your body reacts by stopping all the important bodily functions in order to get you the heck out of dodge. And that is no way to live your life. Learn how evolve out of that pattern.
- You know that your body has an innate ability to heal but it requires the right circumstance.
You need help to learn how to stop the cycle of stress by activating and cultivating your parasympathetic response in your body. You need help to learn how to change your associations and reactions to the stimulus that your brain has mistaken for life threatening danger to create space for your body to be able to do what it is designed to do such as digest and assimilate foods, circulate hormones, detoxify, restorative sleep, connect with a community, respond to stress and see a hopeful future.
- You recognize that Functional Medicine and the root-cause approach is successful with most chronic health conditions because multiple factors and many roots are involved and contributing to your symptoms or diagnosis. Perhaps you had an initial infection, trauma or set back, or painful loss that brought you to this place. Honor each of those and understand the complex nature of your healing journey. Partnering with your Functional Medicine Practititoner is an excellent way to get back into your life even sooner.
The traditional western allopathic model of “a pill for an ill” is no longer the answer.

Let’s use that momentum to reboot your brain and get you back into your life!

Who This Program Is NOT For:
Brain Retraining is not for everyone.
While the principle is straightforward, and it seems simple at first glance, it actually requires a lot of mental, emotional and psychological energy and bravery if you want to step into a new life it requires a daily committment. If you are not ready for that this may not be the right time for you.
While there is no down side to brain retraining for your overall health and emotional well being, there are some limitations it is not a magic bullet for all health challenges. You may still require proper medical attention from an informed practitioner.
If you have been chronically sick for a long time, say more than 15 years, you have likely on some level settled into your identity of a sick person. Brain retraining will require you to step way out of your comfort zone and challenge a lot of assumptions. If you aren’t ready for that, might not be the right time for you.
If you are at a point where you feel like you are afraid to have hope because you have been disappointed before, this might not be for you.
Successful people will tell you that they got there after many “failures” – meaning all those doctors, treatments, and protocols that you’ve tried in the past have brought you to this place.
You need to have the passion and willingness to try again!
